To set up EUDORA do the followings:

Open the EUDORA. From the Tools menu, choose Options. Select Getting Started

1. Real Name: Your Name — Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the From field of all of your outgoing messages from this email account, to indicate to your recipients whom the mail is from, for example, SDNF.

2. Return Address: -Email Address — Enter the email address that has been assigned to you. This is the address that other people will use to send you email. Email addresses are generally in the form loginname@domainname, for example, info@sdnbd.org.

3. User Name — Enter the name that you will use to log in to this email account. It is the name that appears before the at sign (@) in your email address. For example, if your e-mail address is info@sdnbd.org , the user name is info.

4. Mail Server Incoming (POP3) : mail.sdnbd.org

5. Mail Server Out Going (SMTP) : mail.sdnbd.org

6. Submit OK and finished configuration.
